Our GuardFlow ceramic carbon block filter is built for wells and city water in areas with heavy farming or industry. Its carbon block core keeps water in contact with the filter longer, for more consistent reductions over the life of the filter, while the ceramic shell traps sediment and cloudiness. For city water with generally good quality, our EverFlow filter offers faster flow, and for PFAS or microorganisms, our PureFlow filter.
Choose your size
- Turret: 2" x 7", up to 500 gallons per filter; fits up to 4 per Sana Vida system
- Citadel: 2.75" x 7", up to 800 gallons per filter; fits up to 2 per Sana Vida system
How the GuardFlow filters work
Consult the manufacturer's current filter documentation for tested contaminant reduction and certification details.
Good to know: Before first use, run two full chambers of water through the new filters and give it to your plants to rinse away any taste. The carbon block filters more slowly than our EverFlow filters. Replace each filter at its rated capacity or once a year, and scrub the ceramic between replacements to restore flow. Most systems use 2 filters; use 4 Turret filters for faster flow.
