3. COMMENT ONE WORD:"FOUND" IMPORTANT: Do NOT publicly reveal where you found the Trophy Bee! Publicly revealing its location will automatically disqualify your entry.

4. VERIFY YOUR FIND
The Patio Escape will contact you privately through Facebook and ask where you found the Trophy Bee. Correctly identify a valid location to complete your entry, subject to eligibility and these Official Rules.

HOW THE WINNER IS CHOSEN

Everyone who correctly identifies a valid Trophy Bee location and meets the eligibility requirements will receive one entry into the random drawing.

After the Giveaway closes and entries are verified, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible, verified entries on or around November 3, 2026.

Finding the Trophy Bee does not automatically mean you've won.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time: Deadline to comment FOUND on the official Facebook Giveaway Post.

November 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time: Deadline to respond to the private Facebook location-verification request.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Patio Escape Giant Kubb Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by The Patio Escape, LLC, Madison, Mississippi (“Sponsor” or “The Patio Escape”).

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Elakai Outdoor.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins October 14, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT (“Giveaway Period”).

Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

Entries submitted outside the Giveaway Period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their state or district of residence at the time of entry.

Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories and possessions, and locations outside the United States are not eligible.

Owners, officers, employees, representatives, and agents of The Patio Escape, LLC, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period:

1. Find the special Trophy Bee hidden somewhere on The Patio Escape website.

2. Return to the official The Patio Escape Giant Kubb Giveaway post on Facebook using the link provided on this page.

3. Comment ONLY the word “FOUND” on the official Facebook Giveaway Post.

Do not publicly reveal where you found the Trophy Bee.

4. The Patio Escape will contact you privately through the Facebook account used to submit the entry and ask you to identify where you found the Trophy Bee.

5. Correctly identify a valid Trophy Bee location to complete your entry, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

The original FOUND comment must be submitted during the Giveaway Period.

Entrants contacted for location verification must respond to Sponsor's verification request no later than November 2, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT to be included in the final drawing.

Limit one (1) eligible entry per household for the entire Giveaway Period.

Submitting additional FOUND comments, using multiple Facebook accounts, finding the Trophy Bee multiple times, or finding the Trophy Bee after it has been moved does not provide additional entries or increase the chances of winning.

5. No Purchase Required

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

Entrants are not required to purchase a product, place an item in a shopping cart, begin or complete checkout, create a customer account, subscribe to email or text marketing, provide payment information, or make any other purchase or payment to find the Trophy Bee, enter the Giveaway, or win.

A purchase will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

Following The Patio Escape, liking or sharing a post, tagging another person, or subscribing to The Patio Escape is not required to enter and will not provide an additional entry or increase the chances of winning.

6. Trophy Bee Locations

The Trophy Bee may be moved to different locations on The Patio Escape website during the Giveaway Period at Sponsor's discretion.

Sponsor does not guarantee that the Trophy Bee will move every day or according to any particular schedule.

A correct identification of any location in which Sponsor intentionally placed the Trophy Bee during the Giveaway Period will satisfy the location-verification requirement, provided the entrant otherwise complies with these Official Rules.

Sponsor will maintain an internal record of valid Trophy Bee locations used during the Giveaway Period.

Images or depictions of bees, trophies, or the Trophy Bee appearing in Giveaway advertising, instructions, these Official Rules, or other explanatory material do not constitute a valid hidden Trophy Bee unless Sponsor intentionally designates that placement as part of the Giveaway.

If the Trophy Bee or a webpage containing it becomes temporarily unavailable because of website maintenance, technical failure, product removal, or another circumstance outside Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may restore or relocate the Trophy Bee. An otherwise legitimate entry will not be invalidated solely because the Trophy Bee was subsequently moved or the webpage on which it appeared became unavailable.

7. Prize

One (1) confirmed winner will receive:

One Elakai Giant Kubb Outdoor Game Set

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $119.99.

Sponsor will arrange and pay for standard shipping of the prize to one valid physical delivery address within the eligible geographic area.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

No substitution is permitted by the winner. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual retail value will not be awarded.

8. Random Drawing and Odds

After the verification period closes, Sponsor will prepare a final list containing one entry for each verified eligible household.

On or about November 3, 2026, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries included in the final drawing.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received and verified.

Sponsor will retain a record of the final eligible-entry list and the random selection.

9. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted privately through the Facebook account used to enter the Giveaway.

The potential winner will have 48 hours from the time Sponsor sends the winner notification to respond and provide information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility and arrange prize delivery.

Sponsor may request the potential winner's full name, confirmation of age and residence, physical mailing address, email address, telephone number, and other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and fulfill the prize.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, provides false information, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified.

Sponsor may then conduct another random selection from the remaining eligible entries to select an alternate potential winner.

No person will be publicly identified as the winner until eligibility has been confirmed.

10. Giveaway Scam Protection

The Patio Escape will never require the winner to pay money, purchase a product, provide a credit-card or bank-account number, or pay shipping, handling, processing, or other fees to The Patio Escape in order to claim this prize.

Entrants should not provide payment or financial information to any person or account claiming that payment is required to receive the prize.

11. Taxes

The prize will be provided without any payment to Sponsor as a condition of receiving it.

Any federal, state, or local income-tax reporting or liability that legally arises from receipt of the prize is the responsibility of the winner except where applicable law provides otherwise.

12. Entry Verification and Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to verify entries and entrant eligibility.

Sponsor may disqualify an entrant or entry that Sponsor reasonably determines:

• violates these Official Rules;
• attempts to obtain more than the permitted number of entries;
• falsely claims to have located the Trophy Bee;
• uses automated, robotic, scripted, fraudulent, or manipulated entry methods;
• provides false or misleading information;
• interferes with the administration, security, integrity, or fairness of the Giveaway; or
• violates applicable law or applicable Facebook rules.

13. Prize Delivery

The confirmed winner must provide a valid physical shipping address within the eligible geographic area.

Prize delivery timing may vary depending upon product availability, carrier operations, weather, or other circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

Sponsor is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery interruptions outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

14. Privacy

Information collected from entrants and the winner in connection with the Giveaway will be used for administration of the Giveaway, verification of entries and eligibility, winner communication, recordkeeping, and prize fulfillment.

Entering the Giveaway does not automatically subscribe an entrant to The Patio Escape marketing emails or text messages.

Information will otherwise be handled in accordance with applicable law and The Patio Escape's privacy practices.

15. Winner Announcement

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to identify the confirmed winner by first name, last initial, and state of residence in connection with announcing the results of the Giveaway without additional compensation.

Sponsor does not obtain any broader right to use the winner's photograph, likeness, biography, or other personal information for advertising merely by virtue of entry.

16. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Patio Escape, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17. Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation

If fraud, technical failure, website or platform interruption, unauthorized intervention, natural disaster, legal restriction, or another circumstance outside Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the security, fairness, integrity, or proper administration of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway.

If reasonably feasible and legally permissible, Sponsor will select a winner from eligible entries properly received before the affected event.

18. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and, to the extent permitted by law, the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Official Rules eliminates any right or protection provided to an entrant under applicable law that cannot legally be waived.

19. Facebook / Instagram / Meta Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Entrants acknowledge that information supplied in connection with administration of the Giveaway is being provided to The Patio Escape, LLC, not Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release Facebook and Instagram from responsibility arising from administration of this Giveaway.

20. Elakai Outdoor Disclaimer

Elakai Outdoor is associated with the product offered as the prize but is not the sponsor or administrator of this Giveaway and is not responsible for its administration, entry verification, winner selection, or fulfillment, unless otherwise expressly stated by Elakai Outdoor.

21. Winner Information

After the winner has been confirmed, The Patio Escape may announce the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence through its website and/or social-media accounts.

For up to 90 days after the end of the Giveaway Period, a person may request the name of the confirmed winner by contacting The Patio Escape through the customer-support contact information provided on its website and requesting the “Giant Kubb Giveaway Winner.”
