The Allagash Cruiser Axe
A distinctive example of traditional Maine craftsmanship, the Allagash Cruiser is described by Brant & Cochran as the only Maine wedge-pattern camp axe currently being forged.
Meticulously handcrafted one at a time in their South Portland, Maine workshop, the Allagash combines U.S. steel with a premium American hickory handle designed by Brant & Cochran and inspired by Maine's historic axe-making traditions.
Compact enough for camp use yet built with the strength and character of a traditional working axe, the Allagash is a natural companion for outdoor adventures, campfires, and wood-fired living.
Each axe includes a custom Maine-made leather sheath to protect its sharp cutting edge.
