Natural Variation

Because ModaConcrete planters are handcrafted concrete products, subtle variations in coloration, texture, surface characteristics, and finish may occur. These variations are inherent to the material and manufacturing process and contribute to the individual character of each planter.

Care & Maintenance

Clean using mild soap, water, and a soft cloth or brush. Avoid acidic cleaners, harsh chemicals, abrasive products, and aggressive scrubbing that could damage the surface or protective finish.

For outdoor installations, place the planter on a stable, level, well-drained surface. Where drainage is provided, keep drainage openings clear.

In climates subject to freezing temperatures, proper drainage and appropriate freeze-thaw precautions are particularly important. Avoid allowing water to remain trapped within the planter during freezing conditions.

Shipping & Delivery

ModaConcrete planters are made to order. Allow approximately 3 business days for order processing, 3–4 weeks for production, and approximately 3–7 days for delivery, depending on destination.

Because these are large and heavy concrete planters, orders are generally delivered via LTL freight with curbside liftgate service. A valid telephone number should be provided with your order so the freight carrier can coordinate delivery.

Processing, production, transit, and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual timing may vary due to production schedules, product availability, destination, carrier schedules, weather, and other circumstances outside of The Patio Escape's control.

Preparing for Freight Delivery

Please ensure that the delivery location has adequate access for a freight truck and that there is a safe, accessible area for curbside delivery.

Curbside delivery does not include moving the planter to its final location. Because of the substantial size and weight of concrete planters, customers should arrange adequate assistance or appropriate equipment to safely move the shipment after delivery.

Unless specifically stated as included with the order, delivery does not include:

• Final placement
• Unpacking
• Installation
• Assembly
• Removal of pallets, crates, cartons, or other packaging materials

White-glove or upgraded delivery service may be available by special request where offered.

Inspect Your Shipment Upon Delivery

Please inspect the shipment carefully when it arrives. Check the planter, cartons, protective materials, and pallet for visible signs of damage.

If damage is visible, photograph the product, packaging, pallet, and shipping label before disposing of any materials and note visible damage with the carrier when appropriate. Retain all packaging and follow The Patio Escape's applicable shipping and damage procedures promptly.

Please Note

Quartet planters can become very heavy once filled. Before installation, ensure that the intended location provides a stable, level surface capable of supporting the combined weight of the planter, planting medium, plant material, and water.

This consideration is particularly important for rooftops, balconies, elevated decks, and other weight-sensitive surfaces, where appropriate load capacity should be confirmed before installation.

For outdoor planting, proper drainage is essential for plant health and protection of the planter during wet or freezing conditions.
