Because each pergola is crafted from natural wood, variations in grain, tone and coloration are expected and add to the individual character of the structure.
Dimensions & Configuration
Pergola dimensions are measured from rafter end to rafter end, rather than solely by the distance between the support posts.
For example, a pergola listed as 12 ft. × 12 ft. will measure approximately 10 ft. × 10 ft. from post to post. Please consider both the overall pergola dimensions and the post footprint when planning your installation area.
Standard configurations use approximately 18" rafter spacing. Select custom configurations may allow spacing from approximately 12" to 24", depending on the desired appearance and project requirements.
