In-Pool Use

For in-pool use, position the Loop Lounge Chair only on an appropriate sun shelf, Baja shelf, or shallow pool ledge.

Tupelo's current product specification lists the Loop Chair for use in water 11 inches deep or less. Always follow the manufacturer's current instructions for filling, positioning, draining, and removing the chair.

The chair fills with water when properly positioned in the pool to help prevent buoyancy and provide stability.

Pool depths, shelf dimensions, slopes, surfaces, and installations vary. Confirm that your intended pool location is appropriate before use.

Remove the chair from the pool when highly concentrated pool chemicals, such as shock treatments, are being used, and return it only after chemical levels have returned to normal.

In freezing conditions, remove the chair from the pool and drain it for the duration of the freeze.

Care & Maintenance

For routine cleaning, wipe the chair with a damp cloth or wash with mild soap and water.

For deeper cleaning, Tupelo permits pressure washing and various household cleaners. When used in pools with high calcium levels, calcium deposits may require additional cleaning. Always rinse thoroughly after using cleaning products.

Avoid dragging the chair across rough or abrasive surfaces, which may scratch or mark the finish.

Shipping & Delivery

Tupelo currently indicates that the Loop Lounge Chair is generally ready to ship in approximately 3–5 business days.

All processing, shipping, transit, and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual timing may vary based on product availability, selected color, destination, order quantity, carrier schedules, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of The Patio Escape's control.

Tupelo determines the shipping method based on the size, quantity, weight, and requirements of the shipment. Depending on the order, products may ship by parcel carrier or freight.

For residential freight shipments, delivery may be made curbside or to an accessible porch or driveway, depending on the shipment and delivery conditions. Freight shipments require adequate access for a large delivery vehicle.

Inspect Your Shipment Upon Arrival

Tupelo Goods provides a 5-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty on its rotomolded furniture, subject to the manufacturer's current warranty terms, conditions, exclusions, and proper intended use.

Normal wear and cosmetic changes associated with outdoor use are not necessarily manufacturing defects.
