Natural Variation
Because ModaConcrete planters are handcrafted concrete products, subtle variations in coloration, texture, surface characteristics, and finish may occur. These variations are inherent to the material and manufacturing process and contribute to the individual character of each planter.
Care & Maintenance
Clean using mild soap, water, and a soft cloth or brush. Avoid harsh acidic cleaners, abrasive chemicals, and aggressive scrubbing that could damage the protective finish.
For outdoor installations, position the planter on a stable, well-drained surface and keep the drainage opening clear. In climates subject to freezing temperatures, proper drainage and seasonal freeze-thaw precautions are especially important.
Shipping & Delivery
ModaConcrete planters are made to order. Allow approximately 3 business days for order processing, 3–4 weeks for production, and approximately 3–7 days for delivery, depending on destination.
Due to the size and weight of these planters, orders are generally delivered via LTL freight with curbside liftgate service. A valid telephone number should be provided with your order so the freight carrier can coordinate delivery.
Curbside delivery does not include placement at the final installation location, unpacking, installation, or removal of packaging materials unless additional service has been specifically arranged.
White-glove delivery may be available by special request.
Please inspect the shipment promptly upon arrival and note any visible shipping damage with the carrier at the time of delivery.

For outdoor planting, selecting the drainage-hole option is recommended to help promote proper drainage and healthy plant roots.
Planters should be installed on a stable, level, well-drained surface capable of supporting the combined weight of the planter, planting medium, plant material, and water.
