Saunas ship by freight. Customers are responsible for arranging appropriate unloading at delivery. Crates over 84" require customer-arranged unloading equipment or assistance and cannot be unloaded using a standard liftgate. Please plan for unloading before your sauna ships.

LeisureCraft Palmer Essential Wood-Burning Outdoor Sauna Package
A curated outdoor wood-burning sauna package built around the Canadian-made LeisureCraft Palmer CTC68, paired with a compatible Narvi Kuru 14 sauna heater and the installation components listed below.
Package Components

- Flat stainless-steel floor plate
- Side/back chimney configuration
Chimney: Includes the standard Side/Back chimney configuration. Alternate chimney configurations are available separately but are not included with this package.
Heater match: The Kuru 14 falls within LeisureCraft’s current 14–16 wood-heater recommendation for the Palmer.
Roof: Includes the Palmer’s outdoor roof system with Ontario-made black metal shingles and matching metal roof trim.
Lighting & Optional Accessories
Lighting and accessories shown in lifestyle photography are optional and are not included unless specifically listed under Package Components. Compatible options may include sauna lighting, accessory packages, thermometers, buckets and ladles, backrests, floor mats, aromatherapy accessories and sound systems.

Wood-Heater Installation
Chimney routing, clearances and floor-protection requirements are site-dependent. The components listed above reflect this curated package configuration, but the final installation must follow LeisureCraft, heater and chimney manufacturer documentation and all applicable local codes. A qualified installer should confirm the site and required clearances before installation.
Important Freight Delivery & Unloading
This sauna ships by freight and customer unloading is required. This is not standard parcel-style doorstep delivery. Arrange suitable unloading assistance or mechanical equipment before delivery and confirm that the location can accommodate a large freight truck. Inspect and document visible freight damage before signing the delivery receipt.
Temporary Tariff Notice
The included Narvi heater and chimney components are currently listed by LeisureCraft at a 22% tariff rate. The flat floor plate, when included, is listed at 50%; the adjustable installation base, when included, is listed at 22%. The current tariff charge for this package is $509.44. Temporary tariff surcharges are separate from the package price shown so they can be adjusted or removed if applicable rates change. The Patio Escape will confirm the applicable tariff amount during order processing. The Canadian-made sauna structure is not being represented as subject to these component tariffs.
Site Preparation & Assembly
Prepare a firm, level outdoor installation site before assembly. Follow LeisureCraft assembly requirements and all heater, chimney, floor-protection and clearance requirements.
Warranty
LeisureCraft-manufactured sauna components and included third-party components carry their applicable manufacturer warranties. Review current manufacturer warranty terms for complete coverage, exclusions and installation requirements.
