Shipping & Delivery

Ships via LTL freight with complimentary curbside delivery within the contiguous United States. The freight carrier will schedule a delivery appointment while the order is in transit, and someone must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.

Inspect the shipment carefully upon delivery. Note any visible damage before signing, take photographs, and contact The Patio Escape promptly if damage is found.

Installation & Safety

Installation is not included. The swing must be secured to appropriate structural beams rather than decorative trim. Professional installation is recommended for proper support, safety, and stability.

Periodically inspect the ropes and hanging hardware to ensure they remain secure and properly balanced.

Teak & Cushion Care

Left untreated, teak will naturally weather to a soft silver-gray patina. To help maintain its warmer golden appearance, teak oil may be applied periodically. Clean the frame with mild soap and water and avoid harsh chemicals.

Cushion covers are removable and washable. Clean spills promptly, allow cushions to dry completely before storage, and store them indoors during prolonged heavy rain or extended periods of non-use.
